It’s been the word no one in the office could utter without getting the look of death from me.
DELL.
And everyone who knows me, knows the Savvy Mommy website has only good reviews up on the site because if it’s something nice cannot be said.. I won’t waste my time to say anything at all. But since this is my blog and not the general site, I’m going to rant all I want about DELL.
I’m not shocked to hear that 4 Million DELL notebook batteries are being recalled because they BURST INTO FLAMES. Yeah, my evening news showed a lovely photo of a notebook up in flames.
DELL is just such an awful company. The customer service is horrendous 98% of the time, on site tech support is a joke and I’m not a fan of the fact that the company (up until recently) was the only place you could by replacement parts.
Woohoo! Notebook shopping here I come.
