I’m turning 40.

(ok, maybe that’s a bit of a fib.)

I went to Ticketmaster to buy myself an early birthday gift.

No tickets.

For the 2pm or 7pm show.

I’m sad.

Seriously.

In 1996 when Rent first opened it was amazing to see on Broadway.

And then amazing to listen to Adam Pascal sing One Song Glory in the car.

Time flies.

I can’t believe the show is closing 12 years later.

I want to experience Rent (even without Adam Pascal) one more time.

Anyone?
