HP Wireless Photosmart C6380 All in One Printer

In a world not so long ago, we had no other choice but to use cables with our desktops and even our laptops (gasp, so much for mobility!) in order to print anything our family requested.

Printing coloring sheets, fool proof recipes and the directions to the vacation destination required all kinds of catlike contortionist’s moves to get the cable into the right place. It was never a process without some sort of hassle, meltdown from a child waiting to color in Oswald or a teen waiting for their term paper to print.

Thankfully, HP now offers the answer to our printer woes – the HP Wireless Photosmart C6380 All in One Printer.

That’s right, wireless, for people like me who have no business trying to attempt yoga positions in her home office in order to print out documents.  And its ability to also scan and print photos is a welcome added bonus since parents tend to be picture loving people.

The HP Wireless Photosmart C6380 All in One Printer is easy to use, quickly printing documents and copies (up to 31 color a minute) and sure to be a household favorite, lets you use your digital camera memory card (again its wireless so no looking for the USB cables!) to print photos from your recent shutterbug escapades.

So when you snap a photo of Junior playing Frisbee with the neighbor’s kid you can run inside, print it out and hand a 4×6 copy to his mother in as little as 18 seconds.  Better yet, when your mother comes over and sees beautiful photos of the grandkids and she immediately wants all of them, you can just hand those over knowing you’ll have another set before she stops talking about how she thinks you should wear more green because it brings out your eyes.

Best of all, no longer needing wires means you no longer have room boundaries. Print wherever, whenever and even without a PC.  It also holds printer and photo paper at the same time and switches on its own to the one needed.  Pretty nifty for everyone who tends to have a lot on their mind, to do list and can easily make the mistake of printing on the wrong paper.

If its time for your family to get a new printer, consider the HP Wireless Photosmart c6380 – its sure to fit right in with your wireless lifestyle.

Thanks to Blogher and HP for allowing my family to be a part of this wireless evolution so we too could Live Wirelessly, Print Wirelessly.

I NEED this!!! I have a printer/copier that’s actually pretty decent - but it is not wireless. Anytime I need to print, i need to carry my computer over to it and plug in. I”m little! That’s a hindering process. Imagine if I drop my computer mid-print? Or have a wild household emergency and can’t rise to solve the (enter: fire/vermin/calamity) because I’m holding up a computer and a set of wires? Horrible. Sad. UNNECESSARY.

This has clearly been a dramatization, but is in fact truthful. Pick me! I will use it to print out coupons, and sales info, so I can shop, and therefore support the economy and end the recession.

What I’m always trying to do (print, that is) has becoming increasingly difficult as:

    a) I do not own a printer
    and
    b) Even if I did own a printer I don’t currently have paper to go in it!

SO the need to print out directions, recipes, and photographs is VERY hard. See how much I need this? I’ve been (gasp!) using a pen! and (gasp!) writing them down by hand!

I’d really like to get into the next century, yanno?

Every time my husband plugs his laptop into MY printer, my printer and computer no longer communicate without a total re-boot of both. Wireless? Sign me up!

Every time I want to print from my laptop I have to burn the files onto a disk or e-mail them to my ancient desktop computer and then download them on the other computer, re-format them and pray my printer works. My printer is so old it won’t communicate with my laptop so sometimes it just won’t print at all! I would LOVE a wireless printer to make my life easier!

Cool! I would love to be able to print my pics at home! I just got my first digital camera & this would be totally awesome. It would also make it so much easier for my kids to do their projects…..no more doing the projects on one computer & having to wait until their dad comes home to transfer them to the other computer in order to print them on the one ancient printer!

My husband has his laptop, I have the desktop. We “try” to share our one printer which means a lot of unplugging and re- plugging some sometimes not printing because no plugging sounds like the best option. Also, I am not graceful. I am clumsy and trip often. You could be saving a life here!
    We would LOVE this!

I would be able to print my photos without uploading them first. I could be curled up on the floor with my kids and dogs or I could be snuggled in bed. This all in one knows no limits, just like the amount of photos I take. My husband would be happy I could actually print our photos instead of just burning them to disc.

    I am spreading the word!

We have several computers in our house… one in my Father-in-laws room, one in the Office/craft room and one in the dining room… the dining room does not have a printer…. An ALL in ONE WIRELESS would be awesome…. First there would only be ONE printer to buy ink for!!!!! YEAH! Second, we would not have to have one printer for each computer and get rid of the scanner…. Saving space and money. Finally everyone could print and scan and I could print AWESOME photos. OH THE EASLY LIFE.

    Thanks for the awesome giveaway!!

    thanks for the giveaway!

This would be great for me in my college apartment! It would help me to be more organized with my scanning, printing, and photographs! I never get around to printing out any photos, but I would be able to easily with this awesome printer!

This would be great because if I am in a different room than the printer I have to go to that roomand use that computer to make it work. What a pain!

  12. Jayna says...

I would love to have a wireless printer to set up on our network so my husband won’t need to take over my computer whenever he wants to print something!

  13. Sherry says...

I would love to have a wireless printer - my HS and College aged kids could use for homework from our PC and notebooks and I would use it for printing my pictures for scrapbooking…… I would LOVE to have this!

  14. Kat says...

I would use this printer for photos, scrapbooks, copies and printing - I can’t imagine a day where I would not use this printer. And, oh, the joy of it being wireless! We could all use this HP Wireless Photosmart without the need to connect, disconnect and reconnect from room to room and laptop to desktop. Lovely!

  15. David Gresh says...

With this wireless printer we could all print from anywhere in the house and not have to share the pc hooked up to the current printer. Thanks.

  16. Regina says...

Seems it’s all been covered. Suffice it to say, wireless is sweet freedom. Could really use the scanner capability. Thanks for a generous giveaway.

  17. Lisa Andringa says...

I would love to win this wireless printer. We have three computers in our household and too many cables, etc. Not to mention it would be much easier printing from my laptop to a wireless printer. Thanks for the giveaway!

  18. DigitaLavender says...

Yes, I could use this…no printer, except someone else’s wired to his desktop, which is b&w.

    Thanks!

  19. Jaime says...

i would love to have a wireless printer. we live in a small apt and having cords everywhere is cumbersome. i’d esp love to have one near the kitchen so i can easily print recipes when i need them!

I would use this to put my photos that are in my old albums online and make a book.

  21. Justin A says...

I am always on my laptop and I would love to be able to actually print where I am working. I am a grad student so I basically live on my laptop. This would really be great!

  22. Jessie says...

I scrapbook and take TONS of photos! I would love to be able to have a nice scanner and a way to print my photos instead of having to pick them up somewhere! Thanks for the giveaway!

  23. Chrissy says...

I could REALLY use this printer. If I had it, I would not have to save everything, then, email it to my husband, and then, ask him to print it for me, only to find out when he got home, that he forgot to print it. IT WOULD BE SOOOOO GREAT to be able to print at home when I need it. I homeschool my children and constantly would like to do projects and printouts I find online, but to no avail, because I dont have a printer. Here’s to hoping I win!!!

  24. Christina Baita says...

I do not actually have a printer. I love to blog and take photos of my 6yr old. If I need to print something, I walk to the library (only about 9 blocks since I live downtown). If and when I can get a printer at home, I would love it to be wireless because it’s a small two level condo and I have health problems that cause a lot of pain. I am 35 and had my knee replaced last June. I can only imagine not having to go up or down stairs or walk across downtown to print something important! Thanks either way and have a great year!!!

  25. Christy says...

We have an older printer that is plugged into a “print server” (i.e. very old, very loud, very big desktop computer). I’d use a wireless printer for work (I work from home), crafts, scrapbooking, sharing photos with family and friends… oh and I could go on.

Thanks for hosting a great giveaway!

  26. Michelle says...

Ohhhh I could so use this. I literally canNOT get my home computer to print. It hates me. It gives me nonstop error messages. When I need to print something, I’ve given up on trying to do it myself but instead wait until my husband gets home and beg him to do it. And then it works “perfectly” for him, of course. Plus, it’s two rooms away from where I do my primary laptopping. And it doesn’t really fit on the desk where I have it. I have a whole new home envisioned for my wireless printer. Where it actually likes me. And I like it back!

  27. Rachel says...

i don’t even own a printer and drastically need one for my 16year old who is in high school. This would make homework time alot easier for the both of us.

  28. Rhonda says...

I would be able to get rid of my printer that was made it 1993 and be able to print out pictures of my mother in law and brother in law who are longer here on earth plus print pictures that have been on my computer since 2004.

  29. Jessica P says...

Pictures, coupons, crafts would be the big 3 I would use this for!

  30. Cathy B says...

OH let me count thy ways oh wireless one!!… having a wireless printer for my web blogging and hopefully one day web blog biz, would literally change my life! 1) have no desk space basically… I work wherever I am most comfortable… the bed, the sofa, the table… and I often need to print out paperwork. My laptop is wireless and is the only computer i have. I don’t have any area where I can set up a wired printer and then have to bring my laptop over all the time whenever i need to print. 2) because of serious illness, I am often confined to bed to keep my legs up and rested while I work on my wireless laptop… it would be soooooooooooooo incredible to be able to do what needs to be done with a wireless printer and not have to email all my work to friends to print out and bring to me!

  31. Carolyn G says...

We use a laptop because the computer hooked up to the printer in our backroom is old and demented. But when we have to print something we have to go hook the lap top to the printer and disconnect the other computer. Or worse yet we have to go use the dinosaur but it’s always hit ot miss. SO having a wireless printer would make out life easier. The thought of being able to work elsewhere in the house and then print up stuff is fantastic. I can’t imagine how cool it would be to find a recipe and then be able to print it up from the kitchen.

  32. Jean D. says...

Whenever I sell on Ebay, it’s 50/50 whether or not my cheap-o printer will work. I need packing slips and shipping labels copied, but I can never rely on it. And photo printing? I haven’t even considered the possibility. Oh how fun it would be to have this option at home!

    Yay for a great giveaway!

  33. Alicia says...

I would love to win this printer. Right now we have 1 printer that is about 7 yrs old that for some reason doesn’t like to communicate. Having one that would talk to my kids computers when they are working on reports would be great.

  34. Michelle says...

Right now I own an ancient Brother printer that makes this chewing noise whenever it prints. It’s the only game in town in this house so my kids have to either email me their schoolwork to print or put it on a jump drive and bring it to my computer where the Brother is hooked up. Replacement ink for the Brother requires a second mortgage and printing photos is well-beyond anything it’s capable of.

I’d love to be able to wirelessly connect all the computers in our house to this printer. In addition, I’d be able to print my own digital photos instead of using an online photo service and having them sent to the drugstore to be picked up a day later.

  35. Jeanette says...

Would love this, with all the pictures I take of everything, and my printer that I have now doesn’t do a great job of printing my pics out at all. This would be great to have, I love creating pics of my family and with being out of a job right now winning this would be wonderful !!

  36. cheri lafond says...

i would love to win a wirerless printer, i do not have a printer. so i email things i want to print to my email sight and then i go to the library to print them of, or to a friends house. so this printer would make my live so much easier. thanks cheri

My oldest child is in a boot-camp type program for delinquent boys. It has been so hard on our entire family. I fell into a deep depression; my mother, who helped me raise him when I was a single, young parent, was devastated; my youngest child started having bathroom accidents at 5 years old; my older daughter’s grades started slipping from her usual principal’s list glory, my marriage became more strained, and even my step-son had some issues.

We get one ten minute phone call each week, but we had to wait 30 days to visit him. It was hell only having contact with him for ten minutes a week.

But we can write to him, and send pictures. He will be there until the end of May. I really want to be able to include him as much as possible in the family events and happenings we have in his absence by sending him photos. I actually just went to get the mail and his first letter arrived-he said to start sending pictures of his family “PLEAZE”!

    Thank you for the contest!

I actually saw this printer at Costco yesterday. It really got my attention. It would be wonderful to eliminate some extension outlets and some cords that I try my best to hide from view. It would also be great to plug in CDs directly into the printer and print from there without having to log onto my computer!

  39. Gizmosmom says...

I would love the HP Wireless Photosmart printer! I have foster kids and our own child and they could print from their various computers while doing their school projects without having to share one computer to print. Plus, I could print something from my laptop whenever I needed. When you have a lot of kids any time saved is of great benefit; more of me to share with others. Also, it would be really neat to get to print photos within 18 seconds—what a time saver. Now I have to upload the photos to the Walmart photo site and then wait and then drive to Walmart and pick them up and drive home. Thank you for this offer! I hope I win!!

    Blessings,

    Gizmosmom

I would love this! I just had my first baby in December and we have LOTS of family (I have six siblings alone…not to mention two sets of parents, grandparents…and that’s not even counting my husbands side!) that live all across the country. I send them a photo a month so that they can all watch my son grow! Right now we don’t have a working printer at all (not to mention one that prints good photo quality and is wireless)!! I upload them to Walgreens and pick them up every month which is going to get expensive fast! Having the ability to print photos right from the convenience of my couch would be awesome! Thanks for the offer!

  41. karen says...

Are you kidding me?? I would love to be able to just even print, my printer is kaput, have a laptop (my daughter pretty much hogs it though) and would love to be total wireless!

  42. Milcah says...

My bottom line is that I need a printer period. As I sit here right now, there are two printers stacked atop each other to my immediate left and neither of them is currently working. I need my coupons :(
